Terms of Use

Hire Aura is a platform that helps clients find providers, helps providers list and deliver services, and helps affiliaters promote and list offerings. We are not the provider of the underlying professional services unless we expressly say so. Contracts for those services are between the client and the provider (or the listing affiliater, as applicable).

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for your login credentials and for activity on your account. Roles include client, provider, affiliater, and administrator. You must provide accurate information and keep it current.

Providers and affiliaters may submit listings, including listings generated from uploaded flyers. All listings are subject to review and may be approved, rejected, or removed. You represent that you have the right to use photos, logos, and business information you upload, and that listings are truthful and lawful.

You grant Hire Aura a non-exclusive license to host, display, and promote your listings and profile on the Services. You remain responsible for the services you offer and for customer support related to them.

Paid subscriptions and checkout are processed by Stripe. Prices, discounts, and platform fees are shown before you pay. Providers agree that Hire Aura may retain the disclosed platform share. Refunds, if any, follow the listing terms and applicable law. Chargebacks and payment disputes may result in account limits.

Affiliaters may earn commission on qualifying sales according to then-current program rules, including listing-count tiers set by administrators. Commissions are calculated on the platform fee unless we state otherwise, may be capped, and are paid only after we approve them. We may withhold, claw back, or deny commissions for fraud, policy violations, cancelled transactions, or self-referral. Program terms may change.

You may not:

• Break the law, infringe others’ rights, or post discriminatory, deceptive, or harmful content.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or overload the Services, or bypass security or moderation.
• Misrepresent identity, qualifications, or affiliation with a business.
• Use the Services to spam, harvest personal data, or send malware.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Messages and connection requests must be used for legitimate marketplace communication. We may require a complete profile or additional verification before messaging. Do not share others’ private contact details without permission.

The Services, branding, and software are owned by Hire Aura and its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them except as allowed by these Terms or written permission.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS.” WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT LISTINGS ARE ACCURATE, THAT PROVIDERS ARE SUITABLE FOR YOUR NEEDS, OR THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HIRE AURA AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) FIFTY US DOLLARS (US $50). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE PLACES, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED.

You will defend and indemnify Hire Aura against claims arising from your listings, services you provide, your content, or your violation of these Terms or the law.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Services. Sections that by nature should survive (including fees owed, IP, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive.

We may update these Terms. We will update the “Last updated” date and may provide additional notice for material changes. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance where allowed.
